The purpose of the conference: discussion of regional policy in Ukraine in the context of administrative-territorial reform, exchange of experience of public administration reform in the European Union and Ukraine, the analysis of the practical experience of local government activity under decentralization.

Target groups are mainly representatives of institutions dealing with regional policy making and public administration experts & academicians, representatives of regional administrations, but also broad public interested in the topic.
